Meeting Your Specifications
Mini-to-Jumbo Flexo & Specialty Folder Gluer
We specialize in flexo boxes that range from 8 ½” to 86” in width and 22” to 190” in length. Most of our machines have glue detection capabilities to ensure a quality box is converted. And our specialty folder gluer can run everything from a straight line glue up to auto lock bottoms. Our specialty gluer has some of the latest technology. Combine that with our die cut features and three color process, and we can meet your needs on every style of box.
Die Cut Capabilities
Our die cutters are equipped with servo driven motors, rapid setup features, and up to 4 color runs. Our die cutters are upgraded regularly and include multiple rotary and a flatbed die cutters.
Quality Testing Lab
Box-Board Products has a fully functional quality assurance lab staffed by experts with over 30 years experience. Their testing abilities include caliper, basis weight, ECT, FCT, and moisture analysis.
Ink Kitchen
We use high quality printing ink bases from J.M. Fry and are able to match colors on-site to meet customer needs. Our customers receive exceptional coverage and performance for all their printing needs.
